Ross is a leader with a unique blend of private and public sector experience, including impactful work at Microsoft, as a budget and tax policy leader in the Washington State Legislature and as the leader of one of the largest agencies in Washington State government as a member of Governor Inslee’s cabinet. He has extensive expertise in strategic planning, public administration, public agency technology implementation, and budgeting.
Ross has eclectic interests ranging from deep public policy choices to landscape photography and being a grandfather.
